Managing Partner
For the last 33 years, William “Peter” Connick (B.A., Loyola University New Orleans, 1981; J.D., Loyola School of Law, 1984) has practiced law in both state and federal courts in the State of Louisiana. He has been Managing Partner for Connick and Connick, L.L.C. since 1996.
Throughout his career, Mr. Connick has overseen and handled numerous legal matters including insurance defense, environmental issues, natural disaster claims, business disputes, and personal injury claims. He is admitted to practice law before the Louisiana Supreme Court and all state courts in Louisiana, the U.S. Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Connick served as an Assistant Parish Attorney for the Parish of Jefferson from 1986-1991, and was appointed to the Greater New Orleans Expressway Commission by then-Governor Mike Foster from 2002-2004, including serving as Commission Vice Chair and Chairman from 2000-2002. Mr. Connick has an AV Preeminent rating with Martindale-Hubbell, which is received for exhibiting the highest level of professional excellence.
